The Aerobis “blackPack ESY” looks just like a holdall and is filled with sand. It features various different grips, opening up a wide range of exercise options. The blackPack is available in 3 sizes – S can be filled up to 10 kg, M can be filled up to 20 kg and L can be filled up to 30 kg. This allows even inexperienced fitness enthusiasts to adapt the intensity of their workout to suit them. The blackPacks are filled with sand-filled weight bags, each of which is filled with 10 kg of sand. This means each bag can be filled as needed up to the maximum allowed weight. Once you have set the weight, you can use the set of inserts included to display the weight of the blackPack in the windows attached to the side.
